 We understand that choosing the perfect venue for your event is an investment in creating a memorable experience. That's why we are committed to providing you with the best service and amenities possible to ensure your investment is worth it.

  • The Farm at Morris Springs balances rustic charm with modern touches, setting the tone for any occasion. It won't take long to notice the effortless beauty and versatile functionality throughout.  

  • Our family farm location is located in Sweetwater, Tennessee.  We have the comforts of a small town but the benefit of being conveniently located to larger cities, i.e. Knoxville and Cleveland.

 

What’s included?

  • Exclusive use of the venue for the duration of your rental; rental options are below.  

  • At almost 3,800 sq feet, our pavilion includes an inviting walkway with lighting where not only the color is adjustable but the actual lights themselves can be angled based on the need.  Inside  we have two gorgeous chandeliers, 8x sconce and oscillating fan pairings for ideal lighting and temperature control for day and night.  There is a spacious patio complete with romantic string lights and sconces.  Take a stroll down the grand stairs and you are led to a firepit adjacent to the spring, which is perfect for mingling and roasting marshmallows.   

  • The venue sits on roughly 200 acres of land, making it idyllic for photography.  This space can not only be used for your rehearsal and wedding but also for an engagement or bridal shoot.

  • Speaking of land, the options for your ceremony are limitless.  Want beautiful oak trees or to be tucked in the woods?  How about in front of a barn or by a spring?  We have all those options and more!  The best way to decide is to come drive around the property with us and see which space speaks to you.

  • An onsite venue associate will be available to assist with anything venue related for the entire day.  This individual is here to take the burden off you for some of those pesky questions; does a vendor have a question about the setup or is the band curious about the lights?  No problem, our associate will handle all of those questions for you!

  • Speaking of lights, they are on dimmers so they'll be easy to adjust based on the ambiance you are trying to achieve for your big day. 

  • Parking attendants will help your guests park and assist with transporting to the ceremony site, if needed.  Also available to assist post-ceremony, if desired.

  • Use of our tables and chairs.  This includes:

    • 20x 72” round tables

    • 10x 8’x30” banquet tables 

    • 8x adjustable height bistro tables

    • 200x white chairs with padding 

    • ~50x wooden benches 

    • White table linens for all aforementioned tables

  • Any decor we have, you are more than welcome to utilize for your big day.  Including; lanterns, candle votives, shepherds hooks, etc.  We are always adding new items to our collection so be sure to check in and see if we have something you are envisioning.  

  • A chic Bridal Suite that was designed specifically for you and your favorite ladies to get ready and spend the day making memories.  It includes a private restroom (with shower), 4 hair and makeup stations, a mini fridge, a custom dressing mirror that includes 3 mirrors strategically placed for ideal admiration of your dress or taking photos, dress displays for the bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses, a plethora of wedding day amenities (feminine products, q-tips, bobbi pins, hair ties, floss, etc), plenty of outlets for all the tools and chargers, 4x storage cubbies so bridesmaids can tuck away any unsightly items for photos.

  • Groom's Suite or Man Cave, whichever term you prefer.  It features a 55 inch TV with a Fire TV already hooked up so you don't have to miss any of the big game, a sectional, private shower and sink with quick entry to the Mens Restroom (with a locked door for privacy), a mini fridge (with freezer - hello ice cubes), full length mirror and racks for tuxedos or suits.  You are more than welcome to bring a gaming system, if that's of interest.

  • Our restrooms (with handicap accessibility) are more than just functional spaces - they’re an experience. Featuring live edge counters and modern touches, our elevated restroom design adds an extra layer of sophistication to your event. Your guests will appreciate the attention to detail and the luxurious feel of our facilities.

  • Our crew will set up and break down the tables and chairs so your family and friends can decorate to their heart's content and celebrate the big day, of course!

  • A 1938 Chevrolet long bed pickup truck to take photos with.  Additionally, the truck could be used as a staged send off after the reception.

Two-Day Rental

You get the venue for two days to come in, decorate, rehearse, get married and celebrate all in one place! 

 

Friday & Saturday (Friday Noon - 10p; Saturday 9a - 11p)

Single Day Rental

Just need a space for a single day, we have that covered, as well!  

  • Monday - Thursday: 4,000 (9a - 10p)

    • ​December - March: 3,500

  • Friday: 6,000 (9a - 11p)

  • Saturday: 6,000 (9a - 11p)
    • December - March: 5,500

  • Sunday: 5,000 (9a - 10p)

Please Note:

  • ​Rehearsals/Rehearsal Dinners are only allowed when booking a Two-Day Rental.

  • We charge a $500 damage/security retainer on your first payment. As long as there are no damages to the buildings and/or property, you will get this back within 7-14 business days after your wedding.

  • We allow you to split your venue rental in up to 3 payments with the full balance owed 60 days before your wedding. We don’t charge anything extra to split up payments.

  • We kindly request a copy of your Day-of Insurance policy 30 days prior to your wedding. This policy must provide $1,000,000 in coverage and list both The Farm at Morris Springs and Morris Springs, LLC as additional insured parties. The cost of this policy typically ranges from $70 to $180, depending on factors such as guest count and whether alcohol will be served.
